The production of Fenghuang Dancong tea is divided into spring tea, summer  tea, autumn tea, and winter (snow) tea according to different seasons. Among them, winter tea is processed due to the lower temperature, severe cold and frost in the first season. Relatively thick, like snowflakes, hence the name "snowflakes". Snowflake tea is the tea with the least yield among the single cluster teas, and it is also the tea with the most intense and long-lasting aroma. Snowflake tea of good quality is neither bitter nor astringent, full of aroma, sweet in the mouth, and resistant to brewing.

[Zhilan xiang] also know as [Orchid Aroma] is characterized by elegant orchid fragrance, orange-yellow soup color, rich aroma and strong bottom. The single-cluster-level zhilan fragrance has a distinct flavor, and the sweetness is prominent. Drinking this chili orchid single clump is a pleasant mood, as friends say, like walking in a valley of flowers and quiet, that kind of flower fragrance is gorgeous and sharp, blowing on the face, very delicate and long, deep into the heart, very calm, rather than frivolous.

The fragrance of chili orchid is very full and very fragrant, and you can feel the floral fragrance in your mouth. It is very resistant to brewing, the taste is simple and honest, pure, without bitterness, and the sweetness is fast and long-lasting. After drinking it for a few hours, the mouth is still sweet, and the cheeks are full of saliva, which is very comfortable. After 10 times, the taste is still there. 凤凰单丛茶生产因季节不同而有春茶，夏（暑）茶，秋茶，冬（雪）茶之分，其中冬茶一季因气温较底，经历严寒及霜冻，加工而成的茶叶外形相对粗壮，如雪花般，故名”雪片“。雪片茶是单丛茶中产量最少的一种茶，也是香气最浓郁，最持久的一种茶。质量好的雪片茶不苦不涩，香气足，回口甘，耐冲泡。
